AssetSure, a national independent insurance agency, has promoted Kailin Knecht to Vice President of Operations.
In this new role, Kaitlin will oversee operations in Claims, Commercial and Personal Insurance, and Risk Management, while also managing administrative tasks in Accounting, Administrative Support, Human Resources, Training and Education, Marketing, and Information Technology. Ultimately, her role is to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of all AssetSure operations.
“Kaitlin started with us in 2008 as account manager and from the very beginning she has embodied our core values with her team player mentality, genuine kindness, and strong work ethic. I am extremely happy for Kaitlin on this well-deserved promotion,” said Tara Harvey Bramwell, Managing Partner of AssetSure. “As AssetSure continues to grow, there will be a lot of opportunity for the growth of our individual team members. Knecht brings more than 15 years of property and casualty insurance experience to her new role. Additionally, she was named one of the top 42 insurance professionals of 2015 under the age of 35 by Insurance Business America.
Kaitlin earned her bachelor’s degree in business psychology from Penn State University and her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Immaculata University.
