Philip is a strategic thinker who leverages his proven track record in underwriting and brokerage, drawing upon his global experience to optimize operations and achieve success.With experience in underwriting at QBE Insurance Company, alternative risk consultant at Mutual Risk Management (MRM), and brokerage roles at Lloyd’s broker, Ratner McKenzie, Philip brings comprehensive industry insight to his role. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University and has completed his executive education at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton. He is actively engaged in industry associations such as WSIA, Target Markets, and PLUS.Philip's dedication to excellence and industry leadership is integral to driving AssetSure's mission and future success.

As Director of Family Offices at AssetGroup, Tara leads the firm’s work with multigenerational families, entrepreneurs, and their advisors – designing sophisticated insurance strategies that reflect the unique nature of each client. Tara is passionate about learning the stories behind the families she serves – the legacy businesses they’ve built, the philanthropic missions they champion, and the unique ventures that drive their vision forward. She believes no two family offices are alike and works to ensure that each insurance solution reflects the nuance and complexity of the people behind it.Since joining AssetGroup as a founding team member, Tara has held several leadership roles including Vice President of Business Development and Managing Director. Her work spans a wide range of industries – from real estate and private equity to startups in hospitality, life sciences, and blockchain.Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Venture Programs where she spearheaded the establishment of the ProWriters management & professional liability unit and Cantor Fitzgerald where she served as a Corporate Bonds Broker. Tara holds a B.S. from Villanova University and an MBA from Drexel University. She is actively involved in several nonprofit boards and charitable foundations.

As Chief Financial Officer, Chris leads strategic financial planning and execution, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and change management. His oversight extends across accounting, reporting, marketing, human resources, and information technology, facilitating seamless financial integration with operational management. His expertise extends to mergers & acquisitions and treasury management.Since joining Harvey Insurance Group of Companies in 2002, Chris has spearheaded innovative information science initiatives to optimize financial support for management, with a focus on accounting, billing, and licensing. Previously, he served as a regional sales representative at Bankers Life and Casualty in Allentown, PA.Chris holds a combined Master’s degree in finance and business administration from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from West Chester University. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds project management certifications from Villanova University. Chris is an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and The Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals in Business (IMA). He is pursuing CPCU and AIAF designations and holds certifications as an Accounts Payable Manager with Distinction and a Certified Professional Controller from the Institute of Financial Management. Additionally, he holds A&H and P&C Brokerage Licenses.

Ted brings over 30 years of Insurance expertise to AssetSure, specializing in personal insurance programs for high-net-worth individuals. Since 2020, Ted has led AssetSure's Personal Insurance Practice, overseeing client relationships and managing partnerships with insurance carriers. His leadership and business development acumen have expanded AssetSure's territory and enhanced client offerings. Known for his responsiveness and commitment to client satisfaction, Ted actively monitors industry trends and advocates for his clients.Previously, Ted served as Mid-Atlantic Operations Leader for an international agency, focusing on client retention, Family Office relationships and large claim advocacy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and is dedicated to community involvement, supporting organizations such as the local VFW, The Iraq and Afghanistan War Memorial Foundation of Florida, Ronald McDonald House and Her Voice Foundation.

Bill brings over three decades of executive leadership to AssetSure. Previously, he served as Director of Commercial Lines at BMT Insurance Advisors and Vice President at The Boothby Group. Bill's expertise spans various sectors, including Private Equity, Construction, and Private Schools.With a career rooted in developing client relationships and driving business growth, Bill's dynamic leadership continues to elevate AssetSure's position in the insurance industry. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and previously served as a board member at St. Davids Golf Club. Additionally, he is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Golf Association of Philadelphia, and he upholds his USGA Rules of Golf Expert Certification.

Kaitlin brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her role as she oversees AssetSure’s operations including Claims, Commercial and Personal Insurance, and Risk Management. Additionally, she manages administrative functions in Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Information Technology, with a focus on enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of all operations.Since joining AssetSure as an Account Manager in 2008, Kaitlin has been instrumental in the company's growth. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Immaculata University. Kaitlin’s outstanding contributions were recognized in 2015 when she was named one of the top 42 insurance professionals under the age of 35 by Insurance Business America.

Mary has been instrumental in managing the IT system needs for AssetSure, for more than 20 years. With a background in technical consulting, software application management, and network/security administration, Mary has extensive experience in implementing and optimizing IT solutions to meet business needs. She previously worked for Info Systems and their clients, refining her expertise in leveraging technology to drive organizational success. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management Information Systems from Goldey Beacom College. Her dedication to innovation and efficiency continues to propel AssetSure forward in today's dynamic digital landscape.

Tierra oversees all human resources coordination and talent management initiatives for AssetSure. With a diverse career spanning industries and positions, including roles at Verano and Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, Tierra has honed her skills in fostering employee growth and organizational development.Prior to joining AssetSure, Tierra served as a Human Resources Administrator at Greiner Bio-One North America, Inc., where she gained valuable experience in HR administration and employee relations. Her dedication to supporting organizational success through effective talent management is evident in her track record of successful placements within AssetSure, Venture Programs and Vertibrands.Tierra is committed to excellence and passionate about fostering a positive work environment. She is a graduate of Columbus State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Management.
